Why I'm Finishing My Bachelor's Degree in Psychology

I ended up walking out of a marketing class during the spring semester when I briefly attended UMass-Dartmouth (05-06), when the professor stated, "We are going to teach you how to build a resume to impress employers and...." that's all I heard. That was the furthest from what I wanted to do. I wanted to create music. I wanted to start my family. I wanted to choose what I wanted to do, and I didn't want to fit the mold of what was expected of me.

That was almost 12 years ago now. I finished my Associate's Degree in Communications online at Kaplan University in 2010, and I'm currently courses to get my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Attending Capella University online). What changed?
